Logitech Harmony 650 Remote Control

The one remote to rule control them all Logitech Harmony 650 Remote Control. I'm a big nerd..not a big nerd as in size but a big nerd in terms of how nerdy I am. My living room consists of a lot of gadgets and electronics, I watch a lot of TV and because of everything I have in my living room I have a lot of different remotes and I was often searching for the right remote to control whatever feature I needed. Enter The Logitech Harmony 650, controlling my Blu Ray player, my TV, my Dish, and my surround sound.

With the colorful screen on the remote I feel like I'm watching TV in the future, this is a cool remote and much easier to keep up with than 4 or 5 other remotes.

One of my favorite things about this remote is that it hooked up to my computer with a USB cable and I was able to use the software to choose my devices, I didn't have a list of codes that I had to dig through, this is the future...all universal devices need to do this.

Lego Minecraft

One of my favorite PC games is Minecraft and one of my all time favorite toys are LEGOs so LEGO Minecraft sets are now available. They are hard to find in a lot of places but they are definitely worth the tine spent looking for one. My Squidoo lens that covers the play-set goes into more depth about the sets.

One of things you need to know up front about the LEGO Minecraft sets are that they are micro sets, the pieces are smaller than that LEGOs you are probably used to but because of the size you can build an awesome decoration for your desk.

You get enough pieces to do 4 underground sets and 4 above ground sets as well. If you enjoy Minecraft this is something you really need for your collection.

Lego Star Wars X-Wing

The Lego Star Wars X-Wing is quickly becoming one of my favorite toys, I'm a huge Star Wars fanatic ..to the point of having Yoda tattooed on my left arm (yeah I'm serious). One of the things that I have always loved about Star Wars are the different types of ships. The X-Wing has always been my favorite because it is the ship that Luke used to blow up the Death Star.

I can't express how excited I was to get this toy and get it built, it took a little longer than most Lego projects but it was pretty simple to put together and looks amazing when assembled.

The fact that wings close and open for attack mode is pretty sweet, the landing gear also closes.

Sophie the Giraffe Teether

Sophie the Giraffe Teether is an amazing toy I found while browsing Amazon last week, it is the perfect toy for small teething children because it is made with natural rubber and painted with safe food based paint.

The Sophie Giraffe Teether also makes a cute little squeak when squeezed and gets your child excited and they will often coo back at it.

Makes use of all the children's senses, cute smell, pleasant taste, super soft feeling, beautiful painting and cute squeak when squeezed.

Batman Hush

My most recent Squidoo lens is about Batman Hush, I've recently gotten into DC comics a bit and one of the latest ones I've read is Batman Hush, this is an incredible story that will have you sitting on the edge of your seat while reading it. This is all 12 issues of the Batman Hush run in one book and it is pretty amazing.

It you are a fan of Batman this is one of the best stories ever written for his character, it brings in all of Batman's top villains and allies.

Amazing artwork, fantastic story, and all issues in one book!

The Walking Dead Compendium One

On the website Squidoo I recently made a lens about The Walking Dead Compendium One.

I'm a big fan of The Walking Dead TV show and now the comics, the comics are an amazing experience using a unique style of black, white and gray-scale shading that really enhances the story they are telling. The Walking Dead Compendium One is one book compiled of the first 48 issues of The Walking Dead comics.

This is one of my favorite books in my collection because it has so many issues of the comics in it I can read the book without stopping to find or go buy the next issues. The Walking Dead Compendium One is a must have for zombie fans.

Welcome to Jimmy's Blogging Blog

A little about me, I spend a lot of time playing video games, reading comics, watching movies, and oddly enough working out...weird combination right?

Thanks for checking it out and be sure to check back soon as I'll be updating often.
